Mr. Ashok K Ramavath: Managing Director & CEO
AVOWS, a global IT business solutions provider headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is sphere headed by Mr.Ashok, he heads all the strategic business functions inside AVOWS. He is a post graduate in Commerce. He bring with him 15 years of rich and wide experience in the technology consulting space. He has a keen interest in developing next generation leadership. Ashok has been a turnaround specialist who had grown teams from scratch to large & strong teams. He helped develop a team of over 100 in the past engagement to achieve some of the best results in the services industry, in terms of delivery and financial performance. |
Ashok has helped initiate many interactions with various industry leaders generating high interest value in the IT & ITES space for AVOWS.
Ashok is based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mr.PH Chew: Director
PH Chew as the company's director, provide advices on business and technical areas to the company. He is also the Executive Director for Matrix Streams Sdn Bhd which specializes in the development, sales and implementation of Islamic Core Banking and Treasury Management System. Both companies are synergy and complement to each other businesses.
He started his career with Maybank Berhad in 1983. Prior to AVOWS, PH Chew has worked as a Technical Director and have served in senior positions with various local national corporations in Malaysia in providing software system design, development and implementation across several different industries including banking, hospital management and human resource management. He has more than 28 years of working experience in the IT Industry. |
PH Chew holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) with a major in Computer Science from U.K.

Mr. Tony Chang: VP Operations
Tony Chang is currently the Head of Operation and Vice President of IT Services at AVOWS.
Tony Chang heads the Operations, IT & Project Services functions and oversees Business Process Policy, Compliance and Transformation for AVOWS businesses including new IT and project
management services, new Sales & Marketing products. He heads a staff force of about 9 people at the Head Office and 50 people across the clients' sites. He is the custodian for the introduction, design and implementation of AVOWS Business Policy and Procedure to deliver a standardization and stream less service delivery to the clients in Malaysia, Singapore and India. |
He started his career with Maybank Berhad in 1983. Prior to AVOWS, Tony Chang has worked as a Technical Delivery Manager, IT Services Manager and Senior Project Manager with various multi-national corporations regionally in the areas of providing IT delivery services, project management services and consultancy. He has more than 28 years of working experience in the IT Industry.
